so i'm walking down vine street with my mom the other day. midday. we had had lunch together on my lunch break. you know, how people do. so we're walking down the street, and a crappy old SUV is coming down the avenue toward us, slams on it brakes, and flips a bitch right in the middle of traffic. grinds the gears good too. people have to brake, and all seem a little confused. no one honks though, because it's clear even at that point the driver is an insane person. so the SUV is driving away from us now, gets in the left-turn lane, and slams on the brakes again. no normal casual slowdowns here. the light turns yellow, and the car guns it and again slams on the brakes right at the beginning of the next street. here's where it get hilarious. a woman jumps out, wild hair sticking out everywhere, shorts kinda falling off, and she runs around the back of the car and onto the sidewalk. i first thought someone must have thrown something at her car and she was going to scare them. nope. she grabs this fifteen year old by his shirt and pretty literally throws him into the passenger seat. slams his door, walks back around to her side and gets in. again, gear grinding and peeling out. moral of the story? don't skip school if your mom is crazy, because she will hunt you down and fucking kill you.
